1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SelfNowRise personal growth offerings, including live and online sessions, digital courses, publications, and branded merchandise. By registering for any program or purchasing any product from SelfNowRise, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Coaching and Live Sessions

SelfNowRise provides individual coaching, group workshops, and live events designed to support personal growth. Sessions are scheduled in advance through our platform and may be delivered in person or via video conference.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital courses, e-books, and downloadable resources are available for on-demand access. All access details are provided upon completion of payment.

2.3 Branded Merchandise

SelfNowRise offers branded apparel, accessories, and printed materials. Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars and processed via secure payment methods. By completing your purchase, you authorize SelfNowRise to charge your selected method for the total amount due.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Live Coaching and Courses

Requests for a refund of coaching packages or live workshop fees must be submitted via our contact form within 14 calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days to the original payment source. Alternatively, you may request a schedule change at least three business days before the event date at no extra charge.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital courses and downloadable materials are eligible for a refund if requested within seven days of access activation. To initiate a refund, submit a request via our contact form including your order number. Approved refunds will be completed within five business days.

4.3 Merchandise

Physical products may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery if defective or damaged. Please submit images and order details via our contact form. We will arrange shipment of a replacement item or process a refund within ten business days of approval.

4.4 No-Refund Services

Certain premium retreats and personalized intensives are offered on a final-sale basis due to limited seating and dedicated resource allocation. These offerings are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. By enrolling in such events, you acknowledge and accept that fees are final.

5. Schedule Changes

Clients may reschedule live services one time at no additional cost by notifying SelfNowRise at least three business days prior to the scheduled date. Requests made later than this may incur an administrative fee or may not be accommodated depending on availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, recordings, graphics, and written content provided by SelfNowRise remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these materials solely for your own development. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or alteration is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SelfNowRise and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your participation in our offerings or use of our materials. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
